We asked for the classic ceviche and asked what other different ceviche we could order, and we were recommended a ceviche which, apparently, was very diffusing and turned out to be identical, adding only a small fish in tempura. They were very good, but one was enough. The pork tamal didn't bring us much, it had little drip. And rice, for a normal rice, well, but no more.
