This is the PLACE YOU SHOULD GO to try Iberico Bellota Jamon. The staff Jorge was absolutely nice and helpful, and they had a food tasting menu. The plate was organized with each label, and it was very helpful for me to understand which one is which. The Jamon had such an amazing taste and smell, and it was nutty and everything. I just came from Italy and I tried Prosciutto there, but Jamon Bellota is definitely another level product. I strongly recommend this place to you!!!!!
If you love ham, you have to come here. They offer tastings of everything you can see and you can also take some products home. We made a reservation and they were very accommodating. Very nice place, I definitely go back.
Best place to get Ibérico ham in all Madrid!
Absolutely the best!!! You may not have much variety to choose for you, but what they have there is definitely the best, no matter the quality of jam, the way they professionally cut the meat, and they even take time to explain to you in details how the ham is cured, the difference in taste and texture of different part of a ham. I couldn't resist having a plate in place, then it's so good that I bought over 20 packs home. Definitely will come back here
