Eugene, the proprietor, loves everything about coffee and shares that enthusiasm with the customers. He prepares each cup of coffee by hand as you order, making sure all the details are perfect the temperature of the filtered water, the freshness of the beans, the warmth of the cup. The first time I visited InCaffeine and ordered a coffee, I grabbed a sugar packet (as I usually do) and Eugene stopped me. Wait, he said gently, just try the coffee first without adding anything. He was right! The coffee was so good, the sweetness and subtlety of the flavors so heavenly, that didn 't need all the extras I am used to putting in my morning cup. Eugene prides himself on the best ingredients and the makes everything by hand. He serves a variety of Tostas (whole grain toasts) loaded with delicious combinations everything from avocado and banana and cheese to yogurt, honey and dried fruit. He makes his own peanut butter on toast also wonderful! If you are on the hungry side, Eugene makes sandwiches my son loved the pulled pork and squeezes fresh juices. The baked goods are homemade and so delicious cookies, bizcochos (cakes) and sometimes Tortilla Española to go along with your coffee selection. The atmosphere is cozy and you feel instantly as though you have stopped by at a friend 's house. Eugene is warm and welcoming, and loves what he does so much, that a simple cup of coffee feels like a rare and precious treat. It 's worth going out of your way to experience InCaffeine. Highly Recommended!
