Luckily caught the chef on his day off and came to admire his passion for food and pride for his restaurant. Delicious! Best torrezno ever with a truffle mash and egg yolk that added a light richness. Wash down with a rioja and you're in heaven. Then the homemade pasta we found gave the Tuscan Italians a run for their money! Finally a secret dessert you have to ask for. Will be coming back!
