The woman Anna working during my visit did not smile, did not greet me or other customers, and made no effort to engage or offer assistance. Her demeanor came across as cold and unwelcoming, which really affected the overall atmosphere of the place. Customer service plays a big role in any business, and a simple greeting or friendly attitude can make a huge difference. Unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and encourages a more customer-friendly approach moving forward.
