A young chef and traveler, david muñoz, decided to merge Asian and Spanish food in the most avant-garde way, resulting in this restaurant with 3 stars michelín. a rich example of how to travel and get to know the local culture, whether gastronomic or not, teaches us a lot. of our part is to put the effort and creativity as david makes in such dishes.
It’s my saddest experience in my Michelin star’s restaurant journey! None of the gastronomy elements have been fulfilled taste, sight, smell and creativity just name it! I am shocked how its 3 stars and i am seriously questioning Michelin credibility! It's the scam of Michelin there is no way it is real! I mean even the bathroom looks like a gas station one!
One of the nicest and most creative chefs cooking today, someone who is not afraid to challenge the establishment. Well worth the wait. DiverXO is extraordinary
Stunning. Well worthy of its 3 stars and world ranking. The food was exceptional with some incredibly stand out plates, including the wagyu beef and also the desert which quite possibly is the best desert I have had (it’s the one with the black ash merengue). Attentive but non intrusive staff, great sommelier and loved the privacy chiffon screens. Will try Ravioxo and Streetxo next.
Wow, what a truly unforgettable night! Popped into DiverXO, an avant-garde Spanish gem in the heart of the city, and was blown away by Chef Dabiz Muñoz's sheer culinary genius. Each bite was a masterclass in flavour and innovation – that foie gras foam was sublime! The service was top-notch too, very organised and attentive. I'm still dreaming about those exquisite dishes; they're going straight onto my must-revisit list! Great value for money, if you ask me. Couldn't fault it, honestly. A standout dining experience that will stay with me forever. Highly recommend DiverXO to anyone looking for something truly special. Brilliant!
