I know how hard it can be to port over a style of cuisine from another continent and this place hit the spot. For me it's all about the bread for tortas and this place did a good job. I got the mole torta; not a usual combination but it worked and the mole sauce I'd go back for that if I was in Madrid again. I was hoping to find a bottle of cholula hot sauce laying around, but alas not all things can make it onto another continent.
