Very good price in the tasting menu travel to the moon. the service very well too. the food didn't surprise us in general, but it's delicious in any case. the biggest mistake of all this was the reservation process : chaotic and hopeless. If they don't change the system they'll lose more than one client, I'm sure of that.

They have a good product but the concept is somewhat pretentious, somewhat high prices, dishes that are not very surprising, terrible and not very professional service, and an overwhelming place, with little lighting and a lack of affection. This is what I ordered, the Journey to the Center of the Earth tasting menu: They start with the appetizers: A pickled mussel and a fried potato, on a crumpled paper simulating the typical Madrid tapa, I understand the concept, and it was delicious as far as possible, but for me it is not a good start. We continue with a ham croquette and a crispy pork, good, but nothing surprising. A beef steak tartare on a toasted brioche, quite delicious and the last appetizer was a suckling pig's ear (I think confit and then fried, with a demiglase or something similar that was the most delicious of the entire meal, crunchy, with its cartilaginous touch. and the sauce accompanied it perfectly, without a doubt the best. We continue with the vegetables: Maresme peas with low-temperature egg, torrezno and mushroom juice, delicious, enjoyable, nothing out of this world. Confit artichokes on parsnip cream, ham broth and Iberian pork jowl; The artichoke was not on point, but overall good. Seafood: Squid tempered in butter, sauce with its ink and basil/parsley oil, I don't remember, I didn't like it, the squid was undercooked for my taste, the sauce was fine, but you have to like that. Roasted oyster with partridge and carrot pickle, I had never eaten an oyster, and I liked it, but I think the pickle was very invasive. Fish: Hake at low temperature with sautéed snow peas and a coquina juice, really delicious, the best of the seconds without a doubt, the juice was delicious, the hake was very well done, it came out flake by flake. Meat: Venison loin, celery puree and Cumberland sauce, the venison was just right, delicious, quite good, the puree was correct and I didn't like the Cumberland sauce, too invasive, it tasted industrial. Desserts: Lime ice cream (I think , mango pickle and dry meringues, as a good cleanser, nothing out of this world, good presentation, but nothing more. Chocolates in textures, the worst of the night, poor presentation, it has no common thread (chocolate right? and it makes no sense to put 5-7 chocolate preparations (mousse, foam, brownie... on a plate, It seems like a test they did in the kitchen that they snuck it in there, terrible. As you can see, except for the suckling pig's ear and the hake, which were delicious, there was nothing excessively bad, except for the desserts, which didn't suit me at all, but being such an ostentatious place and with a menu that costs you the same as some Michelin star, and we have ordered the mid-range, it seems to me that it is too ostentatious for what they offer, a menu that did not surprise me at all, delicious, indeed, but that without a doubt, for me is not worth it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €60–70
