The service did not exist...the waiters were all unhappy about something and did not offer any assistance with the menu or to help us. Finally, we got one to come to our table and she acted like we were enemies and frowned the whole time we ordered. Order came late--the coffee was warmed up water and the breakfast was like it was cooked several days ago. We asked for water and again they acted like this was something impossible. When we got ready to leave nobody would give us a bill...we asked at the Bar and the worker said he only did dishes....finally we got a lady to take our money. Again no smiles or thank-yous.... This was the worse place we ate during 5 days in Madrid. Not recommended for anything....eat directly across the street...a real restaurant. The Partida is a Bad place on all counts!!
