What Antonio Ballesteros dislikes about Colosimo:
I've been sporadically since it opened, and I feel like fame isn't sitting well. and its famous tortilla, which is very good, demerits when you are served sparse, frost, without asking options, with a portion of small bread, and accompanied by a cane luckily on the new ephemeral hospitality path View all feedback.

Fantastic traditional tortilla de pata!!!! I was really happy to try the tortilla here it was cooked to perfection and a little bit runny like the way of the north of Spain. We also had a small taste of their green gazpacho which I’m usually not a big fan of, and it had a great taste with a little kick. Good service!
The food and wine were good but some of the food could've used a bit more spices. The food had nice portions either to share or to eat alone. The waiters were quick and friendly.
Been to this restaurant a few times, mainly for the tortilla. This is not your traditional version, but with caramelized onion and fluid egg setting consistency. Cheesecake is also a highlight of their menu, soft and strong cheese flavour. Service has room for improvement, very transactional and sometimes slow. Average prices for downtown Madrid.
Good experience at the Colosimo restaurant yesterday. The staff is super friendly, the food was delicious and served very quickly. Great atmosphere to chill and drink good wine while enjoying great dishes. Special price for the tortilla, absolutely delicious!! Pretty good price/quality ratio overall. Only reason why it’s not a 5 is because the burrata was too salty and mushrooms were not fresh. For the rest, nothing to say. Will come back. Thank you guys!

The tortilla is very good, but it is necessary to leave room for the rest, because the rest is not left behind. The croquettes are creamy, the encachokes are very good. you can cut something in a bar, but if you want a table it's better to book.
One of the best restaurants in Madrid in terms of quality/price. the potato tortilla and the cheese cake of the best I've ever tasted, and I've tried many. the super juicy tortilla, with a lot of flavor and onion does not cover the taste. creamy cheese cake, soft, and if you have the cheese taste, the sprinkled top gives a good touch. We also ate the meat cake that was delicious and the fillets that were super tasty and very balanced with the sauce.
One of the best tortillas of madrid no doubt. tuna cake I also recommend. to bring very good service offer. the only glue, you can't book on the terrace.
