It serves excellent dishes, both... read more Carus is a great restaurant to celebrate any occasion with the family, for a meeting with friends or a meal with your partner. It serves excellent dishes, both traditional stews and meat and fish. Their cachopos (veal fillets breaded with ham and cheese) are spectacular. All this served by a kind and friendly staff. Undoubtedly one of my favorites in Madrid.
