A young waiter was squeezing a pimple in the mirror in the main room. The pressure to eat the main meal quickly, and this was manifested, among other things, by the waiter asking if we had finished while we were still eating. I ordered: Salmorejo Squids croquettes Salmon Poke Salmorejo didnt look homemade, but the croquettes and Poke were really fresh and handmade ; Recommendable 100%, specially if u are hosted in one of Jacuzzi Hotels in Gran Via and want to eat soft food!

We were seated immediately and our waiter was very attentive. The food is modern and delicious. The roast suckling pig main course and very good indeed. Just a note to remember that these style dishes don't generally come with any side dishes! Sadly we weren't encouraged to order any either! This would be a great place for a big group gathering as its a large place but has a good feel to it.

As I wa... read more Classy interior with relatively friendly, efficient service. There are some interesting cocktails and a limited selection of Spanish wines by the glass. As I was solo with jet lag, I only had two dishes. One was excessively salted and the other was good but not great. The interior decor is nice as is the service but without exploring more dishes on the menu, it is hard to give glowing praise to this restaurant.
