We found Barganzo through a recommendation from friends, and it completely exceeded our expectations! The food was incredibly delicious—authentic Israeli flavors that taste just like home, if not better. The hummus is outstanding, served with warm, fluffy pitas, and the artichoke dish is an absolute masterpiece—honestly deserves a Michelin star! The atmosphere is amazing, calm, and cozy, with very comfortable seating, and the staff are incredibly charming and welcoming. A special shoutout to the owner, Aviv, who came over to check on us. We ended up chatting, and when he heard we had just got engaged, he went above and beyond! He treated us to tastings of various dishes and brought out a huge pitcher of Arak with lemonade to celebrate. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid. We will definitely be back

The service from the entire staff was exceptional and made us feel welcome throughout the whole evening. A special thank you to the owners, Aviv the chef and his wife Tammy, who came over several times during our meal to make sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying ourselves. Their personal care and warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Madrid an amazing experience with great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere

We sat at the bar, where the owners, Tami and Aviv, went out of their way to say hello and make us feel like family. I’d recommend Barganzo to everyone.
