They have seven faucets of craft beer mainly from international manufacturers, but also dozens of Spanish varieties of craft beer in the fridge. However, where bee beer really stands out are so cheeses. We order two tables of stellar cheeses. the first was a sheep's manchego cheese with a mixture of raspberry and cilantro seeds, which was interesting, but perhaps the compota stole part of the delicate cheese spot. the second was a blue cantabrian cheese served with a pineapple and a cinnamon compote. I would never have thought a strong blue cheese would go well with pineapple, but the results were amazing. first, you notice the sweetness of the pineapple, then the creaminess of the cheese and finally the strong umami flavor of the cheese. It was very good. The barrel beers, in my opinion, were not as interesting as those of some other bars in the city (which seemed to have too much emphasis on the traditional German and Belgian beers,) but the great selection of beers in bottle compensated. is an excellent place for cheese lovers and probably the best craft beer bar in chueca. Don't miss it!
