A disaster, I made a reservation for dinner last Saturday with a voucher they gave me (2 tasting menus bottle of wine, it's already paid for), and when I got to the place, it was closed. The phone gives an error, I called another restaurant in the group, Mr. Ito, and they told me that they had closed due to some problems, and I don't know anything else. The manager of the other restaurant told me that they are independent and can do little else. (But someone will have to take responsibility). I am waiting for them to respond to me by email or Instagram and to give us a refund for that dinner paid for 2 that has not been enjoyed. It is incredible to find this and more in a restaurant recommended even by the Michelin guide. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100
After reserving dinner on your website more than a week in advance with the obligation to enter my card to make the reservation and receive an email the day before to confirm my attendance... We went yesterday to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the restaurant IS CLOSED! It seems incredible to me and an absolute lack of respect that you make the entire card and confirmation ritual go through to ensure attendance, and you are the ones who stand up. Of course, at 10:30 p.m., which was the reservation (because the spaces before were occupied), no restaurant would take us without a reservation. Celebration to the trash and travel and parking paid for nothing. A shame because we had been there other times and we liked the food and the space.
