We came in excited for this experience. Had read the reviews. We had a 9pm seating. We had some confusion over the menu and whether the chef would come out or n... read more We came in excited for this experience. Had read the reviews. We had a 9pm seating. We had some confusion over the menu and whether the chef would come out or not depending on whether we ordered the “package” meal or not (4 starters and a main, or 6 starters and a main). The 3 of us chose the 4 starter option. Then we sat… a long time. Chef did come to visit. We selected various choices. Then we waited. Over the evening, the courses came out very slowly. The food was good. The meat i had as my main was prepared basically rare. Tasty, but tough to cut and chew. Didn’t want to try to fix it as communication was difficult and it was already so late! Wine was good. The dessert was wonderful. We did not leave til around 1am. We were simply too exhausted to e joy. Even getting the bill to pay took forever. I wouldn’t go back. But others might have a good experience.
