Obnoxious food and service, with microwave-recooked type of food, which may be deemed somewhat annoying by some. The silver lining, I must say, is that this made me feel really good about my unarguably pathetic lazy-student-in-his-parent's-basement-level cooking skills, even though this lasted only one day. The menu has dripped us and the service attentive and fast. prices very contained for the weekend in madrid, and in total malaaña. repeat! :
A super nice place to have a coffee, a beer, or even eat. the owner of the premises, eli, is very friendly and friendly, as is all the staff. It's worth stopping when you're walking down the street.

NOT TO BE MISSED. I cannot believe the prices they are charging- it should be much, much more. I randomly walked in after the menu and ambiance caught my eye, and WHAT GOOD LUCK! Turns out Antorcha offers a beautiful, relaxing and cheerful interior, with a fixed price lunch menu (on a Monday, at least), great service and fantastic recommendations, and best of all: the fooooooood. I love risotto, I love good cheese, I love Italy, I love cooking- this was the best risotto I’ve ever had. It was such a shock and unexpected delight. Followed by a grilled fish filet that had no right to be so delicious. I grew up feet from the ocean, I’ve had a lot of grilled fish. The infusion of flavor into the meat and the buttery texture were just out of this world. I don’t write reviews, but this place deserves a rave. Many. Everyone around me has been given kind service and seems very happy with their food. I mean, and it’s gorgeous and surprisingly spacious! And THE FOOD. And the price- what?! Come!
