I booked on 14 dez 2022, for business purpose (hotel room for 2 nights). on December 15, 2022 I discovered that my money has disappeared from my wallet (200 euro). nothing else was missing, but I knew that I was in a big hotel and could never imagine that such a thing could ever happen. you have upset me! It's the first time that this happens to me. I have informed them of course and they have checked who came into the room during the day by checking the card access codes and these people were the putzfrau, their superior and the person who checked the minibar. none of them obviously recognized something, but since they are contractual partners, the hotel manager assured me that they will never work in this hotel anymore. happy, right? because my wallet wasn't in the safebox from the room, the hotel is covered and the insurance could not be used. what should I say? sad and ugly experience. I hope they will never receive the same treatment.
