This restaurant lies in close proximity to Plaza Mayor and the Mercado, de San Miguel so it is easy to find. Staff is super friendly and did not try and up sell us which can be a problem in tourist locations). Food was great and we have several bottles of outstanding Rioja. Worth a visit.
A great choice for our first night in Madrid. The manager made room for us, and our service Jesus was attentive and friendly. The guacamole mixed tableside was delicious as were our steaks.
We had a steak which was lovely and an aubergine parmigiana as well as some patates bravas. All we’re lovely and the portion sizes were excellent. The staff were very friendly but the service was slightly slow (took asking a few times for us to get our bill) but overall enjoyed the meal.
The food was delicious! The staffs were really nice and friendly! I’d recommend itthe atmosphere was warm and cozy!!!

Eating and atmosphere pleasant, but guy in responsibility quite abruptly and stressed....But was nice. Strange tables, i.e. very wide, had to lean far forward to talk.
20 of us dined in the bodega on Friday night and it was the highlight of the weekend great space, speakers to use and great food! Staff were also very accommodating, highly recommended the bodega for big groups.
Comparing to the reviews I was a bit disappointed. Staff doesn’t speak English and the croquetas were cold however they did it again. Very good the meat and the pulpo.
High quality food, well presented. Offer on food is great. Still reasonably priced without. Service friendly. Would definitely return.
