The 3 times we've been in the service have been very good, since they receive you are very attentive, they make you feel good and do not exhaust you, they make a perfect choreography. the place is well decorated, with very careful airs of Basque tavern, waiters, dishes, glassware, everything is quite well and I repeat that it is remarkable how careful they are with everything. the best and most of all the food, all we've eaten was perfect and what we've seen at other tables was very good. recipes are simple, well prepared and made with quality products, it is noted in each bite. homemade ham croquettes, chipirones in their ink, clams to the sailor, centollo cream, creamy rice with mushrooms, roasted turbo, peel, pear, bone ox tail.
