We are so sorry to leave a bad exam because the place was beautiful overall and eating well, but we were so dissatisfied on personal communication and service. we order something else about what we have, because the waitress has not spoken English, so they misunderstood. the order and we very kindly asked if we could get what we ordered because this court was not and obviously we did not want to consume it and pay for it. they send us a girl who spoke English and she told us we can fix it, but immediately the Afro-Haar girl came back and she just went past "no that they should eat it. it is dilicious.” and she went. it was rather disappointing. above all, think about how we just came from a place where the waiters told us: “If they don’t like, they just let us know and we’ll fix it.” what a difference in the customer experience! I ate here 6 years ago and loved the experience so much I had to come back when I returned ed to Spain. We came here 4 times during our visit. All of the food and wine are amazing, the service is incredible and I...love the ambiance. It is charming with touches of antique decor. Super cool vibe here.
