Decided to pop into Alduccio for something to eat before the game. Menu looked a bit iffy but decided to give it a try and went for the trusted pizza. The pizza description stated the following: tomato, mozzarella and salami, they managed one of the three... tomato. The cheese was standard frozen pizza cheese and the salami was in actual fact pepperoni. Along with these three ingredients, they added about three litres of oil as can be seen from the pictures attached. This pizza was worse than a one pound Kerry Katona special at Iceland. Having looked at other reviews for this dismal restaurant, I'm not sure how anybody could award more than one star which I believe is very flattening, shame there isn't a system which allows you to award minus stars. They even had the cheek to charge for table bread which was awful as well. STAY AWAY!
They are very friendly, boletus and truffle pizza is very good! And the green pesto risotto too!
Absolutely amazing experience, amazing staff, so friendly and welcoming. Lovely food and amazing atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
Conveniently located near the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, Alduccio is far more than a pre-match convenience — it is a genuinely excellent Italian restaurant in its own right. The carbonara is rich and properly made, the spaghetti vongole is clean and briny in all the right ways, and the pizza mamina earns its share of devoted fans. The chocolate volcano dessert with vanilla ice cream is a crowd-pleasing finish. Staff are friendly and efficient, making this an easy and satisfying choice for any occasion in the northern part of the city.
