We asked the incoming turrets to share, they were not bad, but not to stand out. Second, we asked for the Galician calf ribs that were delicious, with an extra of potatoes. I had a solid 4-star experience at Sargo Madrid. The food was good, but I believe there are better options in the city. The dishes were tasty and well-presented, with a unique touch that made them stand out. The service was friendly and attentive, but nothing exceptional. What really impressed me was the cozy atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant, creating a pleasant space to enjoy a meal. The location is convenient and easily accessible. Overall, Sargo Madrid is a decent choice for a nice meal, but there may be better culinary experiences available in the city. The food and service were good, but the atmosphere and location make it deserving of 4 stars.

Great experience, after one before it was not the best. The place is really nice and quiet. I ordered a Moscow mule made by a very kind girl, it was delicious!
We had an issue with the bill, but it was eventually resolved.
