Here everything is at the top, the associations of flavor, the presentation, the originality...The oyster with Asian flavors is not to be missed, just like the lean ceviche or the octopus. At the dessert level, the Thai manga is extraordinary, one of the best desserts I have ever eaten.A very affordable price due to the quality and finesse of the dishes. Each dish brought its own wonderful touch of rich, varying Asian flavors. It’s hard to say which plate we liked the most (the oyster, croqueta, corvina, pato, eel, siu maireally all so incredible), but by far our least favorite was the viera, as it lacked flavor separate from the sauce it was in. Daniel, our server, was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional, and made the experience that much more enjoyable thank you! We will absolutely return and bring friends. Our only points of small criticism are that the wait time between plates was a bit long, and the 85€ menu could have done with 1 additional bite.
