While ordering they said it would be 12min for the chicken. After waiting 30 min we went in and they were just dropping the chicken. If they were busy it would be one thing but when we walked in they were all standing around talking. The manager was high and didn't realize that a customer had came through.

The Manager Tiki and Staff Members certainly need training in the delivery of cordial customer service. This Manager sets such a poor example for the employees. She has a terrible attitude and such an unprofessional manner when dealing with customers, thus the employees have the same and it is unacceptable, offensive and down right rude. I am hoping the owner of this franchised location takes the time to read reviews, as they have the potential to have a significant negative impact on the business they own. I do not plan to patronize this location as no customer should be treated in the manner I was treated. And most of the time if you don’t ask them to fresh cook your food, you will be served food that has been sitting under a warmer for a long period of time and it will be dried out or barely cold. This location has issues that need to be promptly addressed. I would suggest not wasting your time or money at this restaurant.

The chicken dogs are really weird. The typical BoJangle good is good.

Found rat dropping, like BIG RAT DROPPINGS in my food!!! When I called to inform them, they yelled at me and hung up in my face!!! Horrible food and management!!
