I don't like salmon, I don't like salmon. but because my server frederick recommended it with such a conviction, I ordered the salmon. I'm so glad I listened to him. it was delicious! perfectly seasoned, on a tasteful spinat bed. I would have been happy with about half the amount of cream sauce, but this is split-up haare. I went against the grain and paired my fish with a malbec that was delicious. the Siegerfinish was a crème brothe, so smooth creamy, the vanilla bean came through easily. frederick's excellent service was the cherry top. I'm back in a definitiw.

Amazing service! even better eating! the suppers are to die, and they can prepare a court as no other. perfect place for a romantic dinner, special night or nightcap with friends. shows me my favorite place in madison.

The ambiente and the eating were extraordinary. we had no reservations, but were sitting immediately (but they were packed, so reservations are certainly a good idea). cocktails were cold, service was attentive, but not intrusive. green were fresh and sauces were unique and delicious.

Food and service were excellent! the big open dinning room was unexpected! great discovery in madison!
