Unbelievably unprofessional and rude management. The restaurant is listed on Uber eats with no set hours for their menu items, and I’ve ordered from there multi... read more Unbelievably unprofessional and rude management. The restaurant is listed on Uber eats with no set hours for their menu items, and I’ve ordered from there multiple times before with no issue (and apparently that’s part of the problem). Today for some reason management decided they don’t want to participate in Uber eats anymore (despite still having themselves listed and accepting orders) but instead of calling me or cancelling through the app they proceed to yell at the Uber eats driver who was simply trying to pick up the order. Management refused to give him the order because he doesn’t want to associate with the app anymore??, the Uber driver tried to just order it as a regular customer and the manager still proceeded to be rude and didn’t want to fill the order. The manager also evidently told the Uber eats driver that “these customers keep trying to order from here like this and we don’t want to do that”. So speaking as one of “those customers” who just wanted to eat a burger from here, go anywhere else! Management that doesn’t respect minimum wage workers do not deserve my or your service (or their own employees either).

They offer delicious deep-fried walleye on Friday nights, along with exceptional hamburgers, veggie burgers, and a variety of other options. My preferred time to dine here is when the patio is open! I asked if it could be transferred to a pint glass, but was told that would be an additional cost, which I found to be quite high at $6. In the end, I opted for a mixed drink at $7. The food was just okay and the prices seemed to be on the higher side for what you receive. If they don't improve, I doubt they will stay in business for much longer.

I recently visited the Tip Top Tavern in Madison and let me tell you, it was a fantastic experience. The menu had a wide variety of classic pub food options to choose from, and everything was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, with charming decor that added to the overall dining experience. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring that every customer felt well cared for. I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious meal and a refreshing cold beer in Madison!

Group of four of us sat on the patio outside and it is shaded and well spaced out. Food was FANTASTIC. Cheese curds were definitely the star of the show. Loved the Chicken Winner sandwich and my friends really enjoyed the Sconnie. Comes with a tasty fresh salad. Would definitely come back ?
