What Pearson Smith likes about Tino’s Artisan Pizza Co.:
I was in town for a wedding and was craving pizza to kick start the weekend. I chose Tino’s specifically for the Cacio e Pepe pizza which was a favorite of mine from Italy. Tino’s version was a bit heavier than I was expecting but it was still amazing. The creamy, cheesy base had a really rich flavor. The arancini were nothing exciting, I’d pass on those next time. Mushroom pizza was decent, nothing amazing, the SICILIAN was an overpriced total disappointment. We had a few bites of 2 slices and didn 't touch the rest of the entire biscuit dough covered in an acidic tomato sauce. Mamma mia : not a Sicilian by any stretch of the imagination!
