Reviews summary

Stryxe offers a modern bowling experience with an inviting ambiance featuring lofted ceilings and natural light. Guests appreciate the quick service, though concerns arise over limited food options and potential pricing confusion. While kids enjoy bowling with bumpers, some arcade games fall short for older children. The QR code ordering system aims for convenience but lacks versatility, leading to frustration among patrons. Customer service has reportedly declined, contributing to longer wait times. Overall, Stryxe is a fresh and lively spot for family fun, but improvements in staffing and menu variety could elevate the experience further.

Was Xavier Rodriguez at Stryxe a mag?

Great bowling, we enjoyed a couple of games with the kids, even the 3 years old could play with the bumpers available in all lanes and the help of a structure to throw the ball, totally recommended View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Stryxe:

Fun, but pricy and slow food service. It's an expensive experience for just the bowling alone.Food is also pricey. With such a limited, and I mean limited, menu I would have expected better service. Very slow and they managed to lose one of our orders. No compensation was offered for the 60 minute wait for chicken fingers.Ok overall, but we may check out some other options before going back. Please don't go to this place. From the moment we stepped in we were treated bad. All the managers have a bad attitude. The payment method is horrible if you going with a group. They make you have a card with them. It's a place with lots of potential but management is really horrible. I would suggest to go to humdingers instead. You cannot pay individual. I wish I would listened to the reviews. Customer service is not their top priority at all. They do not see you as a customer but instead someone who they are doing a favor to.

No paper or posted menu! QR code and order through phone or through the lane ipad. Not even online. This is a bowling alley, not a bowling alley from the future. Just have a third way of ordering. They let you pay for food at the front but not order. Why do you need me to scan with my phone? We were here for a children’s party, one of the two racing games was broken. Most of the other games are for very young age group.Connect 4 arcade game?? Couldn’t get a better choice.Typhoon which is a “ride” where you just sit in the seat and get a simulated experience as a roller coaster rider.HopstarFloppyBirdDoodle jumpPirates hookDuo driveThese are seriously boring and if it wasn’t the unlimited card they got for the party period. I can’t see paying per play for these. Two Extreme Hoops arcade style games. Great unless you’re 5 7 years old.Down the clown ball game and milk jug toss carnival style games.Like I said kids were bored.

The lanes are nice, the service was quick, the food is decent and the ipad ordering was convenient. But they were missing half of their drink menu (I appreciate that the bartender told us that up front, also may have just caught them at a bad time, not sure), the food selection is very minimal, and the prices on the ipad are deceptive. The price you see is the price for just the alcohol. Mixer costs extra, which is on another screen and easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. Last note, there is a little change in elevation from the lanes onto the concrete where the seating is, maybe a few inches. Be careful, we must have tripped over it 10 times. Overall it wasn't a bad spot, just overpriced for what it is. Probably won't be back unless I don't have other options.

This is a newly updated modern bowling alley featuring a bar and surprisingly good food. I highly recommend the nachos and mini dishes!
