Noticin... read more My wife ordered a meal and was told it would take 10 minutes to be ready. After that time had passed, she was informed it would take another 10 minutes. Noticing a lack of progress, she asked for a refund. The person at the counter said he couldn't handle the refund without talking to his manager, but he didn’t make any effort to contact her. Feeling frustrated, my wife chose to leave and find another place to eat. In the end, Sbarro never refunded her money or provided her with any food.

At the West Towne Mall location in Madison, it took a long... read more I truly enjoy the quality of Sbarro's pizza, but I've had some problems with their customer service. At the West Towne Mall location in Madison, it took a long time to prepare just one pizza. While they did give me a free pizza to make up for the delay, the wait was still inconvenient since I had other errands to do. Despite this, the food itself is excellent.
