Saigon Noodles Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine

My friend and I regularly order the spring rolls, roast rice and the delicious pho. Thai ice cream and coffee are also great! the best in madison!

Incredible food. The best Vietnamese Pho noodle soup spring rolls. All dishes are incredible. I have been going to Saigon Noodle for over 16 years. Ann all their staff are top notch. Make sure that you check the hours of operation. They close for a few hours in the afternoon from 2:30pm 4pm Tuesday Thursday are closed on Mondays.

6-11-21 A birthday request and glad it turned out well. Food is delicious as always and the service was what I expected to get when I go out to eat! Timely manner even during a busy time is a nice change. Definitely upgrade from 3 to 4 stars ! Think I’ll keep coming here till I ordered everything on the menu and post the pictures on here! Update 6-5-21 MUCH better in service! Timely manor although it might be around a slower period but that doesn’t matter to me. Food was definitely great! My 8yo son loves it and so do I! 4.5 this time around! Keep it up please! 3-5-21 Sad that I have to give it 3 , maybe 3-1/2. Food is good as always, service needs BIG time help. Slow and not attentive is NOT my idea of eating out. I have been going here over the years and will continue to, but today was not their best in service. Food have always been good, although it’s getting pricey. Don’t mind paying more for the food, but the service better well match.

Prices are very fair and service is great and quick. I found my stir fried beef noodle slightly bland. Tried beef noodle soup and it was very good. Fried egg rolls delicious.

Too sweet for everything. The food quality is good, however they are not authentic enough compared with pho I tasted in Hanoi.
