Rosati's Pizza (east) - Madison

It was great. The person who answered my call was so nice. I had to call it because the online order didn't let me put any additional ingredients on the pizza. As I said, the Lord who took my order was one of the best and nicest person I've ever treated while I placed an order on the phone???????

The delivery was excellent, and the driver was very accommodating. The boneless wings didn't appeal to my husband, but the pizza was delicious. However, I think next time we might opt for the thin crust instead, as the double crust was quite chewy and had more crust than we anticipated. We will definitely order again and give it another chance.

The sauce was delicious and incredibly flavorful. The two cakes were still piping hot when I got home. I mentioned to the employee that it was my first time at the restaurant. I can assure you, I will definitely be back!

The chefs are incredibly skilled and expertly use sharp paprika to enhance their dishes. All the food is exceptional, and I highly recommend it to everyone. This place can compete with or even surpass restaurants in Chicago, where I've also dined. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine, this is the best option.

Update Changed from 3stars to a 4. The stuffed is WAY better than the deep. I got extra cheese and not sure if I would want to see what it seemed like without it but I must've gotten the two mixed up. Wings are still bomb however, I did get a couple that seemed reheated in the microwave or something. It was VERY chewy.l so that's why I didn't give a 5. I liked it however, I was disappointed with the deep dish. Guess I haven't eaten a deep dish in a while but I for sure thought the toppings would be better than what it was. It was definitely more marinara or pizza sauce than the toppings I ordered. I pretty much cut the bottom half of the pizza off. I know I won't be ordering deep dish again but I was told it was delicious and they weren't stingy with their toppings. I did order BBQ wings which were pretty good. I'm glad I order 12 and not the 6 piece bcuz I ate that over the pizza but I won't knock it until I try the stuffed. Overall I wouldn't necessarily recommend the deep dish unless that's your thing.
