I was staying at a motel in Goodlettsville along I-65 and noticed an ad for Roma Pizza in my room. At 10:45 PM, I ordered an Italian sub and a meatball sub, expecting delivery within 45 minutes, and they arrived right on time. They refused to accept their coupon. They attempted to charge $2.00 extra for the pasta special due to it being a delivery order, in addition to the $4.99 delivery fee. The coupon doesn't specify that it must be used for carryout; there are no stipulations regarding the delivery method whatsoever. If there's going to be an additional charge for delivery, that should be clearly stated. View all feedback.
