On Saturdays, they serve prime rib with carving stations, and prices rise again for weekends, similar to Sundays. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are pricier than weekday lunches, and Wednesday and Thursday dinners are a bit more than lunch but still cheaper than the weekend rates.
