Parkway Family - Madison

Great food and home feel place. Really good scrambler and oatmeal, very simple, but good. I'm back.

Lisa and I lived over at Arbor Hills apartments off Todd Drive in the late nineties, so we used to go here for breakfast before we had the kids. As you might be able to tell from the photos, the breakfasts are as hearty and delicious as we remember. I thought I'd surprise her the other day after we went to an appointment together, and I enjoyed the full order of biscuits and gravy with a couple of Sunny side eggs on top (Cholula hot sauce or tobasco sauce per your request)...and Lisa got a healthy sized helping of omelette. Coffee's great. Service is fast and personable. We loved it so much for the food and the memories, we had to come back, this time with the kids. Delicious.

Other than the wait it?s a great place to eat. Nice host good servers. Good food. Would be 5 stars but we waited 20 min to have someone take our order. They said they forgot about us. After they brought us drinks.

I was there a few times before I made this review. The place is family-friendly. The staff is in service quickly. It's something special when one of their servers recognized me like me? That was something special. The food price is pretty good. Unlimited coffee. A lot of parking is available. I recommend you if you are looking for a good meal with a decent cost.

Service was amazing, but man and I both found the eggs very dry and overcooked. It wasn't infallible, so we didn't ask them to find themselves. Coffee was great, atmosphere was excellent. I had an Omelet, he had a skill with agitator. Everything else about our food was great. Very recommended, just keep an eye on the eggs.
