Paco's Tacos - Madison

Quick service. Lots of authentic meat options. The tinga chicken was very flavorful, the chorizo was more sweet than spicy...chip and salsa were delicious...the asada was lacking a bit. Over all a pretty good taco spot...we loved the addition of avocado to a street taco.

Decided to treat my moms and sister to dinner to a place we?ve never been to. Let me tell you how happy we left this place. First the restaurant was spotless, kitchen spotless and the food was delicious. I made the mistake of ordering too much food because I thought portions were going to be small, I was completely wrong. The gentleman at the register was so nice and the food came out quick as well! Definitely coming back!

I got a gordita and it was so delicious I cant even explain it ???? they also have a great selection of Mexican sodas!

Ignored some of the comments about the staff being rude. Shouldn't have. The food wasn't the greatest either. The guy behind the counter was impatient, aggressive, and kept telling us to sit down. He was the only one there and we ordered for 4 people. We were starving and chose pacos because it says fast bite and I figured from pictures it was more like a chipolte. wrong all across. We visited madison for the crossfit games and this is the only place that we were not thrilled with. Still not awful, but, we are from Boston and everyone is rude sowe are kind of used to it ???????????

Soo reliably good. Food is fresh, fast, made from scratch and more than reasonably priced. And rvery taco comes with cilantro and avocado at no extra charge... as they should! Love it.
