Kfc - Madison

We visited the restaurant as a family of six and were warmly welcomed by the young staff when we sat down at the large main table. They were incredibly friendly and served us the most delicious extra crispy chicken along with generous portions of sides. We had just spent the day at Clifty Falls in Madison County, and this meal was the perfect way to end our wonderful family outing. A big thank you to the outstanding young staff for their top-notch customer service. Thanks, KFC!

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The attendant, who had blue hair and long, unkempt nails without gloves, was rude and unprofessional, especially after getting my order wrong.

We ordered 12 tenders along with 6 biscuits and some sauce to take back to our hotel. Unfortunately, when we got there, we found that there was no sauce or biscuits included. We were very disappointed.

Bought a 12 piece bucket meal price on it was 5 over the price posted.Also ordered 12 piece chicken tenders only charged me 16 dollars more than was posted.Had a Pepsi bucket on there which I did not get.The 12 piece and 12 tenders cost me 67.00.Didntrealize it till this morning.I tried calling several times to no avail and I can't prove that is all I got so just won't goback.Everyone check your receipt that you have to ask for each time.I sure should have.

I haven't had KFC in a long time, and with three teenagers who have huge appetites and three adults, two of whom also eat a lot, we placed a fantastic order! The staff was excellent; it only took 15 minutes to prepare our order that totaled over $125. They were very friendly, and our order was spot on, especially compared to many other fast food places.
