They were... read more Our family of six recently visited the restaurant and received a warm welcome from the young staff as soon as we sat down at the spacious main table. They were exceptionally friendly and served us the most delicious extra crispy chicken, accompanied by generous side portions. After spending the day at Clifty Falls in Madison County, this meal was the perfect conclusion to our lovely family outing. I also ordered a 12-piece chicken tenders, which was charged $16 more than the posted price. There was a Pepsi bucket included on the receipt that I never received. The total for the 12-piece and tenders came to $67. I didn’t realize this until the next morning. I tried calling several times but couldn’t get through, and since I can’t prove what I actually received, I won’t be going back. Everyone should check their receipt carefully, and always ask for one—I definitely should have.
