What User doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
The subs are delicious, but I would not order again. I ordered a club sub with extra bacon and an Italian sub. I also ordered two more Italian subs. Out of the three orders placed here, there was no notification of when the subs would be delivered. It's fortunate that I live in a trustworthy apartment building. Sandwiches are so delicious. Made while you wait and pickup. Maybe no curbside service. Worth every dime.
Best sub around! No need to add extra meat they pack it on. 1st time ordering on DD for pickup and it was waiting for me. The crew was just as friendly as if I ordered in store.
I order for pick up. When I grabbed my order I also grabbed my 20oz soda I ordered as well. But was yelled at by someone from behind the counter that my cold soda was in my bag along with my hot sub.Why place a cold beverage in the same bag as a hot sub?????
The employees here are seriously some of the kindest people I've interacted with at any Madison restaurant, fast food or otherwise. I've seen them handle some crazy lunch rushes efficiently when just thinking about the line of 40 people gave me secondhand anxiety. They are all seriously so nice, great customer service. The food is good too, I recommend the hot subs over the cold ones.
Shout to the hired who treated the rude lady who was screaming and inappropriate because her online order did not go through. I wanted to come and tell the hired person that he was very professional, but the load was busy and I know he had enough on his teller. to the lady, be nice. we all go through a lot in this world. the dings can and will go wrong. do not take it on those who have no control over a disturbance in the system.
