What Victoria S doesn't like about Dubai Mediterranean Restaurant Bar:
service was very nice and friendly! relatively quick and efficient. sadly, the food was very disappointing! we both got the falafel with 3 dips (hummus, muhammara, and baba ganoush). none were impressive, all were bland. the pita bread was cold and a little stale, the falafel were okay but didn’t seem homemade. sadly the baklava was also not good it was super sweet and soggy. overall, disappointing for the price : View all feedback. What K likes about Dubai Mediterranean Restaurant Bar:
I had the best tabouleh in a long time. Very fresh with lots of carefully measured ingredients. Comes in a big bowl ready to share. Will have it again. Also had the beef kebab that comes with rice and hummus. The meat was very taste but a bit tuff. Looks like it was precooked before grilled and was hard to chew. The “yellow” rice was good. read moreNestled in Dubai, this restaurant presents a mixed bag of culinary experiences. While the service receives commendation for being friendly and efficient, the food often falls short of expectations. Patrons describe the falafel and dips as bland, with stale pita, while some menu items, like the gyros and meat combo, are deemed subpar and lacking in freshness. However, there are notable high points—a few guests highlight exceptional bites of hummus, grape leaves, and baklava, praising the flavorful offerings and inviting ambiance. Ultimately, despite its prime location and stylish decor, the inconsistency in food quality leaves diners wanting more.
