I wouldn’t be surprised if this place earns a Michelin star. The service is outstanding—staff members are very attentive. The cocktails are incredible; I especially loved the wine-based old fashioned, and the Manhattan was equally delightful. The food is not only delicious but also locally sourced, featuring fantastic meats, cheeses, vegetables, and other fresh ingredients. Additionally, the presentation was captivating, with the chef explaining each dish before it was served. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention—the restaurant also has a shop that sells exquisite wines and liquors.

My husband asked about a liqueur he had been recommended before, and the bartender provided multiple suggestions throughout the evening, making sure we were well looked after.

The entire setup is meant to give you time to properly enjoy the food, the drinks, and the atmosphere and is done with such elegance it makes a truly engaging evening.There isn 't much to say about the food except it 's exactly what you 'd want it to be creative quality dishes within a fun theme (ours was culinary casual with chefs who really seem to enjoy what they do. High praise to all of them for not only cooking tasty dishes but giving a fun night to go with it.Highlights include a Mocktail menu for those that want to skip the alcohol that are as good (if not better than some of the wine pairings, unique collections of wine suited to the dishes with thought and care, and a fun host who adds some additional story to everything they put together.Don 't be thrown by the price it is worth every penny and then some.For the food allergy crowd they take great care to ensure all dietary restrictions are followed without losing on the experience. The night we went they had a vegan and it was actually really fun to see the creative options they put together!

I was sitting next to people that chose the vegetarian option and nondairy options and they enjoyed them. I thoroughly enjoyed my no red meat option.

It was a pleasure to listen to his commentaries and to watch him prepare the eight course meal. The Sous-Chef was a delight. The Mixologist was unparalled...highly informative and professional. The Sommelier was superb. Extremely well versed and engaging. Additional staff was an important, integrated and dedicated part of the team. This was truly an event. Thanks to all.

The venue also boasts a bar with a great selection of wines and fun cocktails. The setup for the class was simple, and the food we prepared was exceptional. The atmosphere was vibrant and community-focused, as everyone worked together to create and enjoy the meal. There's truly something for everyone here. As someone who isn't a seasoned cook, I found it easy to keep up, and my mom—who is quite skilled in the kitchen—also learned some new techniques.
