We came here after a day on the lake to relax with some wine flights. For $15, you get 6 samples, a mini bottled water, and some snacks. The wine is great but on the sweeter side as is typical for the region! Service is fast and friendly and they have an expansive patio with plenty of covered and uncovered seating. View all feedback.
What Hallie Kuhn doesn't like about Debonné Vineyards:
The wine was good. Able to sit outside. Can accommodate many people, they have a few indoor/outdoor bars to order from, and they have a ton of seating. In addition to the winery, they also have a brewery. It was nice sitting outside relaxing.Downsides are, they have 175 acres but none of it is walkable. Wine tasting came in 1oz plastic shot glasses. Finally, I went to the winery side and opened a tab, then wanted to... View all feedback.
We went to Woof and Wine festival on July 31st and had a great time with our dog. What a great event. The people a Debonne are alway so nice and the winery is so beautiful. We love it here.
I ended up going for more of the beer this time around. Was surprised to find that for a winery their beer was pretty decent. The barrel aged stout was fairly decent.Food wasn 't too bad. However there was multiple discrepancies between what we saw on the website and what was being served. Specifically we wanted paninis but they weren 't serving them today. Which seemed a bit odd. What really got me though is that I started a tab thinking if I got a beer and a few samples we 'd be good. Come to find out that they have a 12.00 minimum on any credit charges and they couldn 't combine my food with beer. And even though the menu has a price for samples... They were free? It was odd. Needless to say they forced me to use cash.I have no appreciation for businesses that extort credit card users. That is a cost of doing business that you bare, not the consumer. And for that the low rating I feel is justified.
I went here earlier this month. The food and atmosphere was great. The drinks was great, which makes me sad that I cannot leave a good review. However, I caution people to be aware of their receipt at the grill. The cashier never turned around the screen to let me choose a tip option through Square, as is usually standard with most restaurants that use Square. Since I never saw the Square screen, my receipt showed no tip and I was not given the opportunity to add a tip to my card. Since I did not have a server with the grill on a weekend, instead we pick up our own food and bus ourselves, I did not think too much of it. Plenty of other restaurants use that model, and I’m fine with that.It was only later when I received an email through Square that as associated with my credit card that I found out that a 20% tip was added by the cashier without my consent. Im happy to tip, but having it chosen for me without my consent feels wrong. It was only a few dollars, so it is not worth the hassle of a chargeback. But it left me very disappointed in the customer service, and I do not plan to come back.

We've visited this location multiple times on wine trails but this is the first time we visited during nice weather. We ordered our wine flight and food at the bar, our group was each able to find something on the menu they enjoyed. They also have a brewery on site. We were a large group but we made a reservation and arrived around lunch and had no issue finding a seat. There was plenty of space indoors and out. We choose some seats on the patio and loved the views of the Vineyard.
