Did help that traffic was pretty light during this time. Not the most amazing but good enough I would eatthere again when in the area. Definitely other menu items I'd like to try.

The menu offered a wide... read more This was our first visit to Culver's, and we were not let down. The burgers were outstanding, and the crinkle-cut fries were delicious. The menu offered a wide variety of options, including seafood, burgers, and chicken tenders, so there's truly something for everyone. We will definitely be returning!

Unfortunately, during my recent visit with 12 family members, we encountered several issues. While there was ample parking, the drive-thru was obstructing the entrance, and it seemed necessary to have someone directing traffic. Our cashier was quite difficult to deal with; she mumbled and never made eye contact. We had to ask her if she was ready to take our order since she wasn’t looking at us at all. I understand that she might have been facing some challenges, but this job didn’t seem to suit her well. She made several mistakes with our orders, which we tried to overlook, thinking she might be new or having a rough day. However, when we asked another staff member about her, we learned that this wasn't unusual behavior for her. I had hoped the food would live up to the positive reviews we had heard, but out of 12 orders, 7 were incorrect. While most mistakes were minor—like no lettuce or ketchup instead of mustard, and missing cheese—these issues were still frustrating. Additionally, the bathrooms were unclean, the floors were sticky, and there was a puddle at the drink station. We had intended to enjoy some ice cream afterward, but I wasn't willing to spend $30 only to be disappointed again. Instead, we decided to head over to Dairy Queen.
