What Dessau11 doesn't like about Colectivo State St:
2.5 Stars I visited this downtown spot over the weekend and while I left with mixed feelings, I took away stars in my review because ultimately it comes down to food and the sandwich I had was very bland and fell apart. Disappointed, at least half got tossed. The smoothie was good and service was plesant. Finally, I wish they had shaded/covered outdoor seating; it was too hot to stay long.
I can't wait for Colectivo to open up a location in Minneapolis. Their coffee is fantastic! I just wish they were closer. They also offer a wide variety of delicious food options. You really can't go wrong at this place. When I visited this time, I opted for an iced latte as I wasn't in the mood for anything too fancy. But I have to say, their fall drinks this year look amazing. Be sure to check them out!

The matcha was barely decent, very milky and lacking in matcha flavor. It had almost no effect. However, it is a cozy place and the staff were nice.
Yum. And a great coffee house atmosphere Decent coffee and a few bake goods to choose from.
Waiting for my coffee for 30 minutes. If it is raining or cold outside it is the best place to kill time. If you want coffee, go somewhere else.
