Contribute Feedback What Sean Roob likes about Cicis Pizza:
On a Tuesday evening during dinner time, the restaurant was quiet with only a few customers. However, when it got busier, the pizzas were quickly devoured at the bar. The food was decent, but not the best as some of the toppings were dry and the salad bar had some unconventional greens. Despite these shortcomings, the restaurant still had a great atmosphere. Even though there were only three employees, the service wa... View all feedback.
What Minerva Daugherty doesn't like about Cicis Pizza:
There were not many options available at this restaurant. We had to wait for a freshly made pizza and were also reminded to try the fresh desserts before we left. We paid for two adult meals and were only provided with child-sized cups. View all feedback.
I ordered for the first time online with Cicis. We got the Big Spinach Alfredo pizza and for dessert, 24 bite-sized Brownies, all for $20 plus a tip for delivery. Everything was delicious! The pizza was flavorful and cheesy, with the perfect balance of ingredients. The crust was super soft and chewy, and the brownies were warm and chocolatey. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
I understand that this restaurant may be understaffed, so I will not judge the workers too harshly. However, the establishment is in need of improvement in its daily operations. The location was dirty, the game prices were inaccurate, and there was no pizza or dessert available. The bar was empty, and it was unclear how to order food. Despite this, I suggest being patient with the workers as they may be overworked. The salad was fresh, but the noodles were burnt and the cheese was old. The pizza seemed rushed and undercooked due to a busy lobby. The cinnamon rolls were raw in the middle. I hope the restaurant can turn things around as I had a good experience at CiCi's in the past and would hate to see this place close down.

Don't believe the hype surrounding the 3.99 buffet. It comes out to $5-$8 with drink and tax depending on the part of the country you live in. I went to mine and it smelled as if an animal had crawled in the bathroom and died. Furthermore, the food was so bad everything was inedible. I decided to give them a second chance a few weeks ago, because the service was really good and I thought maybe it was just a fluke. This time the restroom had the same foul, rotting corpse odor and in addition, a roach ran across my table while I was eating. There's a reason this is offered for 3.99. It's on its last leg and you get what you pay for. This beloved iconic childhood restaurant will soon go out of business.
