Chipotle Mexican Grill - Madison

Chipotle has gone way down hill. The rice is always hard and either under completely. The quac was brown, lettuce was brown and the chips are stale. This location used to be great and has quickly turned for the worst. The ice also was dirty and left floating garbage in my water. I added a picture of a mystery bug on the lettuce as a little bonus for this trip!

Horrible, they gave the smallest amounts of everything?.. Do not come here unless you want to ask for a little more of everything because they really have the smallest tiny amounts of everything! The food was good but I HATE coming to chipotle and watching them count my beans shake my rice and pinch my protein. It just so happens that this location is bad with ?portioning? food won?t be back, I feel greedy for asking for extra beans extra rice extra protein and they made me pay for it

3rd time I have tried this place. Everytime EVERY single table is dirty. They are always out of Cilantro. This time, also out of tea. Chips were like chewing leather. Ordered a kids meal. They never gave me the chips or drink that was supposed to come with it. Absolutely terrible service.

This chipotle is always lacking. The employees are just walking around the back while there?s a line to the door during through put, the time when you?re supposed to get as many people through as possible. Complete lack of urgency. Constantly under prepping as well, always running out of items by the end of the day. Pretty despicable to be honest. I?ll be going to qdoba from now on. Much better service there.

If I was rating this location based on in person ordering alone, it would get a 5. But ordering through the app sucks. I don't know why they give you the option to customize your order in the app (light rice, extra beans, etc) when they ALWAYS ignore those instructions anyways.
