Our server was absolutely fantastic! I regret not remembering his name because he truly deserves recognition for his excellent service. When my son asked for a recommendation, our server suggested the pasta dish which turned out to be absolutely delicious. He definitely deserves a raise for his outstanding service! View all feedback.
What B doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
We walked in to a empty host station, and waited there for a few minutes. This was at 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. Eventually a server walked by and said someone would help us in a few minutes, in the meantime there were other people behind us ready to be seated as well. Idk what happened to this place. It has gone down. My chicken on my chicken sandwich was not done. And the lady forgot my drink. I had to go back in and get it. I was really disappointed, I had to put my chicken in the oven and cook it some more. My Cesar salad had more cheese than lettuce.
The food was really good!! I love the southwestern egg rolls...yummy!! The waiter we had was subpar, he acted as if it was an inconvenience for him to help us with the payment process. That's why I gave 4 stars!!
Waiter was great and attentive. Cooks need to learn the menu better. Ordered the Bacon Ranch Quesadilla only to have it show up with no bacon. Not just one but two orders. Restaurant was empty so not sure what the issue was. Asked waiter if they were out of bacon and he said they had a ton! LoL
This is what happens when employees don't pay attention. I ordered street corn for $1 extra and was given fries instead as employees give the customers what they want to give the customer instead of providing the customer with what he or she orders. This has happened on numerous occasions. I been waiting on the manager to come to the phone for at 25 minutes. Changes will be made. Reimbursement is the must!
Very Loud place, bad service and very little meat in Quesadillas. Save your money, Don't go to this place !!!
