I’m sorry, but I’m used to dining at less-than-great places, and this one was truly unpleasant. To make matters worse, we found hair in two different meals—seriously, wearing a hairnet isn’t that difficult. On top of that, the floor was wet, and my disabled grandmother nearly fell. I am very disappointed.
I went through the drive-thru, and the staff seemed annoyed because I had to unlock my card to pay. I had forgotten it was locked. When my coworker received their two-piece fish dinner, the hush puppies were missing. I had to turn around and go back to get them. When I arrived, the employees acted irritated when I asked for the missing hush puppies, which were burnt when I finally got them. My coworker decided we wouldn’t be returning. The service was terrible, the food was bad, and it was a complete waste of time and money. I will never go back.
The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. The place was lively and full of activity. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient staff, especially for a fast food venue.
Wow! Is it just me, or do the women working here always seem to be in a bad mood whenever I visit? I understand that everyone has tough days, but does it have to be every time? The management should really focus on training their staff in customer service and perhaps even think about offering some smile training.
I recommend that the entire staff present on the night of October 15, 2022, at 7:00 pm be let go. The person at the window was very rude and seemed unconcerned about the mistakes made with our order. Additionally, the chef displayed a lack of care regarding the issue and even smacked their lips in response. This restaurant usually has an excellent reputation, but this particular team is damaging that image.
