One of the best Starbucks locations where I worked for half a day. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful.
The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which is reflected in the steady line that often wraps around the building, but it moves quickly. Beware if you try to skip ahead in line without following the established traffic pattern; you might face some frustration. The team here is great. And if you bring your dog to the drive-thru, it will definitely make your day brighter!
This Starbucks has a pleasant atmosphere. It's standalone, not connected to a mall or any other businesses.
Amazing customer service. Melissa always gets me my drink exactly how I like it. She's very customer focused in making your experience great. This location has a great interior, I just wish they fixed the parking so it didn't block parked cars when it gets too busy. Best Starbucks staff in Michigan!
