Mcdonald's - Madison Heights

This restaurant is located in Madison Heights and is newly opened, but the staff could use some extra assistance. I ordered a strawberry shake but when I received my order at the window, there was no strawberry sauce, so I didn't get my strawberry shake. The staff offered me alternative options and gave me a free drink. I always check my bag before leaving the pickup area.

I wasn't even served because I was a walk-in customer. It's frustrating when the only McDonald's I know of doesn't allow walk-ins. Their service should be better by now, considering the support they've received from customers over the years.

I recently visited your restaurant and observed a staff member eating fries in the lobby before serving customers at the drive-thru. I noticed this behavior from the parking lot and decided not to order anything. The staff member was unaware that I was observing them.

Seems as if the new location of these mcdonalds were their apology for such terrible service. the limited personal question is bulls@*t. last night I was 40 minutes in the snake. When I finally got into the window, I can see that they had enough personal. they are just slow here and do not care about customer service or a good product. I don't think I've ever got fresh pommes from this place. the employment of workers affects the product. drive them better to another mickey d if they want a good experience! you were warned! please don't make the same mistake I'm constantly doing!

The african american girl with the accent needs to get her attitude together. Every time i’m there, she’s the only one that is nasty towards people. If you’re having a bad day please take that somewhere else and not throw that disrespect towards other people. she repeatedly disrespects the customers. she got my order wrong the last time i went and told me to pull up to the curbside spot so she can bring me my correct order. i waited 20 minutes in that spot and she never did. I paid for something I didn’t receive and that’s unacceptable. She needs to get her act together.
