I had an online order, my mother is allergic to eggs, I did not think about it when I first ordered. I called, I think I spoke to Derek, in the midst of a lunch break he concentrated on finding out if the bread contained her allergy. Some of the best costumes I've seen! Thank you. View all feedback.
What Stitched Pumpkin doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
Fast, even with mistakes that are quickly fixed. Knowledgeable and saved me from paprika ham. Also saved me from soy oil and vinegar. Gluten free bread is good. Veggie meatless sandwich or vegan w/o cheese available but I chose Italian. Sold out of gf cookies though. Lots of chips. Fun soda flavours. High and low seats. Tea on other side. Bathrooms. Parking was so tight that my fat car did not fit. No spots nearby. D... View all feedback.
I placed an online order and initially forgot that my mother is allergic to eggs. When I realized this, I called the restaurant and believe I spoke to Derek. Despite it being a busy lunch hour, he took the time to check if the bread contained her allergen. I also want to mention that I saw some of the best costumes there! Thank you for your help!
I had a fantastic Philly cheesesteak here. The soda didn't contain any high fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors, which was great. I'll definitely be returning soon. The staff were friendly and efficient as well.
I ordered the roast beef and Provolone sandwich Mike's way, but I had it on a sun-dried tomato basil roll. The roll was delicious, but at nearly $13 for the meal, it felt a bit overpriced. Overall, the food was great, and I would definitely recommend it!
The service was fast, and any mistakes were promptly addressed. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me avoid paprika ham, as well as soy oil and vinegar. The gluten-free bread was delicious. They offer a veggie meatless sandwich or a vegan option without cheese, but I opted for the Italian sandwich. Unfortunately, they were out of gluten-free cookies. There were plenty of chips available and some interesting soda flavors. The seating options included both high and low chairs, and there was also tea available on the other side of the restaurant. The restrooms were clean as well. However, parking was quite tight; my larger car barely fit, and there weren't any nearby spots available. I drove around twice before someone left, and we were able to squeeze into the space. The handicapped spots seemed to be a good option, though.
After a disappointing experience at their Troy location on Big Beaver, I visited this branch and found the staff to be very accommodating, polite, and courteous. I truly appreciate the excellent service I received during my time here.
